🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of the Transaction Advisory / Deal Services group, working closely with global teams on high-impact buy-side and sell-side transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Analysis & Evaluation: Perform in-depth financial due diligence on targeted companies to identify deal risks, earnings quality (QofE), working capital requirements, and growth potential.
- Transaction Advisory: Support client deal teams during mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other strategic investments.
- Feasibility & Compliance: Evaluate historical financial performance, assess accounting policies, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Report Generation & Recommendations: Draft comprehensive due diligence reports, data dashboards, and executive summaries outlining major deal findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
🎯 Candidate Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Statutory Audit.
- Core Competencies:
- Solid grasp of FDD methodologies, quality of earnings analysis, and working capital normalization.
- Proficiency in advanced financial analysis using MS Excel, financial modeling, or analytical tools.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, US GAAP / IFRS / Ind AS accounting standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and client-facing communication skills.
