Key Responsibilities
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for seamless client integration, project administration, and revenue lifecycle management:
  1. Customer & Project Setup: Create and set up new customer profiles and engagement projects in internal systems based on work allocation.
  2. Workday & PSA Administration: Build and maintain templates in Workday; setup billing schedules, revenue models, and contract terms in the Workday PSA tool.
  3. Client App Onboarding: Onboard new clients onto the Armanino Access App and guide them through initial steps.
  4. Document & Contract Governance: Verify, organize, and archive signed engagement agreements and compliance documents.
  5. Data Transformation & Management: Export, review, transform, and import data across enterprise software systems to maintain data accuracy.
  6. Process Standardization: Draft standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation and recommend system improvements to optimize service delivery.
  7. Annual Renewals & Rollovers: Oversee annual renewals and recurring project rollovers to ensure continuity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of total professional experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on client/customer onboarding within professional services or consulting.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with enterprise software; Workday / Workday PSA experience is strongly preferred.
  • Data Operations: Strong skills in handling spreadsheets, bulk data import/export, and data transformation.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and cross-functional communication with offshore/onshore teams (India & US).
