🎯 What Will You Be Doing?

As a Jr. Operations Analyst, your main goal will be to turn data into actionable insights that optimize contact center performance. Your core responsibilities include:
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze data sets to spot trends, patterns, and operational bottlenecks. Build, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Work with internal teams to gather reporting needs and align analytics with overall business goals.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed business analysis and provide clear, data-backed solutions for operational issues.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate analytics tools, recommend best practices, and collaborate closely with Contact Center teams to guide real-time decision-making.
🔑 Key Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets (exposure to Advanced Excel is a huge plus).
  • Domain Knowledge: A basic understanding of contact center operations, key performance metrics, and workflows.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent listening and communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and visit the office when required.

Since this position involves remote work, you will need:
  1. A quiet, private room suitable for taking calls and joining video meetings.
  2. High-speed internet (100+ Mbps, LAN-compatible).
