🔑 Key Responsibilities
  1. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the direct voice of Bigbasket. Your daily tasks will include:
  2. Handling incoming customer calls across India regarding orders, deliveries, refunds, and app updates.
  3. Successfully resolving customer complaints and queries to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  4. Navigating internal CRM portals quickly while chatting or talking with customers.
  5. Maintaining a standard load of 80 to 100 customer interactions per day.

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements

To excel in this role, Bigbasket is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Education: Open to Any Graduates, 10+2, or Diploma holders. (Note: Generally, higher PG degrees or technical fields like B.E./B.Tech may have restrictions depending on current drive policies).
  • Language Proficiency: You must be fluent in English + Hindi + Telugu OR English + Hindi + Marathi. Multilingual skills are mandatory.
  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 20 WPM (Words Per Minute).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational 9-hour shifts (scheduled anywhere between 6:00 AM and 11:45 PM) and on weekends, with 1 rotational day off per week.
