Role: Service Desk - L1/L2 Technical Support (International Voice)

  • Company: Tech Mahindra
  • Work Location: Bahadurpally, Hyderabad
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
  • Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
  • Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!)

💻 What You Will Do

As a Service Desk L1 Support executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
Keeping accurate and detailed incident records.
Providing timely service to guarantee absolute client satisfaction.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation (Any stream).
  • Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates. (Note: Currently pursuing students are not eligible).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a decent accent.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of technical issues and troubleshooting.
Software Proficiency: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications, along with strong internet research skills.
Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.
