About the Role & Responsibilities

As an Officer 3 within the AML/KYC division, you will act as a vital line of defense, overseeing client onboarding and managing risk mitigation strategies. Key duties include:
Onboarding & CDD: Executing end-to-end Client Due Diligence (CDD) and handling complex onboarding processes for corporate entities and global investors.
  • Screening & Risk Assessment: Running and evaluating comprehensive screening processes (including PEP nexus tracking, adverse media, and high-risk red flags) and building concrete risk-mitigation justifications.
  • Portfolio Management & Quality Control: Monitoring ongoing compliance files, implementing corrective action plans for documentation deficiencies, and performing second-line reviews.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively partnering with local compliance teams, operational support, and client service teams to streamline efficiency.
  • Mentorship: Assisting in training and tracking the progress of junior team members.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep working knowledge of AML/CTF risk management methodologies and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with global regulatory handbooks is a major plus.
  • Systems: Proficiency in core tracking systems, MS Excel, and standard compliance screening tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a global environment.
