💻 What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Intern, you will be the frontline of communication. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Handling Queries: Answering consumer questions promptly and professionally via chat, phone calls, and emails.
Managing Volume: Handling a large number of client interactions while strictly upholding quality standards.
Providing Solutions: Recognizing client concerns quickly and offering precise, accurate solutions.
Product Expertise: Building and maintaining solid product and process knowledge across all support channels.
Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and close tickets efficiently.
Meeting Targets: Upholding Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.
Documentation: Accurately recording all customer interactions and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:
Communication: Outstanding written and vocal English communication abilities with a decent accent.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of work experience).
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications. Comfortable with email, chat, and phone assistance.
Research Abilities: Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly using Google.

🕒 Shift Timings

Amber Student offers flexible shift arrangements depending on the location. You must be comfortable performing rotational shifts:
Day Shifts (Work From Office – Pune):
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift (Work From Home):
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
